That dark sky over the City of Seattle is reason enough “why” many in the Northwest are addicted to Vitamin D. We need it to stave off the depression from low to no sunlight in the winter months.
And when the sun shines…
All memories of depression or low Vitamin D in our system vanishes. Summer in the Pacific Northwest is the best in the world. Bright sunny skies and temperatures that max out (usually) in the 80’s.
And while we pop our Vitamin D pills and wait… here is a beautiful Seattle cityscape view from Kerry Park located in the Queen Anne Neighborhood.
