Recently, I was called to photograph the exterior of a local home in Monroe Washington. This home was on El Bello Paseo in an established neighborhood off Chain Lake Road.
My first rule when shooting HDR real estate photography… Capture 5 frames at the following ISO, Aperture settings, and always on a tripod whether photographing interior or exterior. I never use flash.
Now one exception to the rule would be super dark areas of a home or plenty of shade outdoors. And that does happen in the Pacific Northwest. I will drop as low as f8.
5 RAW image straight out of my camera and into LightRoom 6.
After final processing with my proprietary HDR mix. Feel free to check out more of my HDR real estate photography at www.justlistedphotography.com.
