Lets be honest and very personal.
When the world pressed down on me with obligations and moments of fear I turned to my photography as my therapy for a better life. I turn to images from California that seem to brighten my heart and increase my smile.
When hope vanished from my mind into the far and unreachable distance I turned to my photography as my therapy for a better life.
When negative self-talk got the better of me I turned to my photography as my therapy for a better life.
Just the simple act of discovering an awesome landscape, a brilliant sunset, weathered eyes and souls of the city dwellers, and pure story of the urban spaces with all their imperfections and shining moments is pure elixir to me.
I thrive on this therapy to keep me centered in happiness.
And that is “my why” for capturing photos and sharing with others. The joy of their eyes seeing something awesome is in fact my joy as well.
